The Sandringham 6-inch Utility Knife bridges the gap between a paring knife and a full chef’s knife. Its compact profile suits trimming, portioning, sandwiches, fruit and smaller vegetables where a large blade feels unnecessary.
Steel and construction
The blade uses a Japanese AUS-10 core within a 67-layer Damascus construction, hardened to approximately 60 HRC for edge retention and precise cutting performance.
G10 handle
The moisture-resistant G10 handle provides a durable, secure grip and complements the patterned Damascus blade.
