Age Verification Delivery
All orders that contain a knife are shipped using an age verification service. As part of this, you must prove you are over 18 to receive your shipment at point of delivery.
If you are ordering a knife as a gift, or if you are purchasing a knife that is to be delivered to someone other than yourself, the recipient will be required to provide proof of age to receive it. Please consider this when placing your order, we are not responsible for failure of delivery due to age verification failure.
Delivery by Courier
Age-restricted items cannot be delivered to a locker or a nominated safe place, they can be delivered to a Royal Mail Local Collect Post Office / Enquiry Office / Delivery Office, to where age verification will take place at collection.
Royal Mail will ask you to state your year of birth when making the delivery. Royal Mail may also ask to see a valid photo identification if the recipient appears to be under 25, in line with their “Challenge 25” policy. A passport or driving licence is accepted.
Royal Mail will leave a notification card following any unsuccessful delivery attempt of an age-restricted parcel and will leave it at the nearest post office for collection with an age verification check. Alternatively, you can use the information on the notification card to contact Royal Mail to arrange a delivery.
Norvic Knives will not accept any costs incurred for failed deliveries of knives due to age verification failures. Refunds will have courier costs deducted.
Returning Unwanted Items Purchased Online
We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from Norvic Knives. If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days of purchase, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging in saleable condition along with any manufacturer's tags and any receipt if provided. Upon delivery of the returned item, we will process the item and issue your refund or exchange the item.

Your return will be processed within 10 working days and a refund authorised once delivery of the return has been made to us.
You can return items bought online to us via any postal or courier service of your choice. We suggest tracked & insured delivery to ensure your item is received by us. Norvic Knives will not accept any liability for any parcels damaged or lost in transit to us. The cost of postage for returns is the responsibility of the customer.
Engraved Knives
Once purchased and engraving process has taken place custom engraved knives cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective. However all knives are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they meet the highest standards. We aim to ship engraved items within 10 working days.
