When will my order be dispatched?

Can I put my knife in the dishwasher?
We recommend hand washing your knife and drying it promptly. Dishwashers can damage handles and edges.
How do I care for a wooden handle?
Hand wash and dry the handle promptly, and avoid soaking it. Follow the care instructions for your knife’s handle and finish. If you are unsure which treatment to use, ask us.
Will my knife need sharpening?

How should I store my knives?
Protect the edge from contact with other utensils. Browse our knife storage options, or use a suitable blade cover when storing a knife in a drawer.
Which cutting board should I use?
