Extremely sharp blade straight out of the box, with a great weight and comfortable grip. The Serbian-style blade makes chopping and slicing accurate and westifies ingredients effortless. It looks fantastic, feels really well-made and is a great looking knife. Highly recommended!
I was recommended to Norvick by a few people, after getting chatting to them on social media, he was super helpful, explained the differences in blades for what I was trying to achieve, explained how the sharpening method works and even showed me several videos of the blades being sharpened in his workshop. What a thing of beauty and a wonderful knife to boot.
I have used the Navajo several times since purchase and I’m very happy with it. It’s a nice weighty knife that is just as useful chopping veg as it is bones. Looking forward to my next bbq session!
Wouldn’t normally buy a knife this big but I had to have it when I saw it. I get a lot of use from it and the weight is great for cutting through tougher vegetables and used it for cutting meat off the BBQ today 👌🏼
