• Norvic Blickling Nakiri Knife
• Norvic Blickling Utility Knife
• Norvic Bure Resin Cutting/Display Board in your selected colour

Hand finished in Norfolk: Blickling knife edges are refined in our Norfolk workshop to a precise 15 degree angle, honed on leather and finished with 1 micron diamond suspension.

Care: Hand wash knives and board components as appropriate and dry thoroughly. Do not put the knives in the dishwasher.

About the finish: 1 micron refers to the size of the diamond abrasive used during finishing. It is not a measurement of the finished cutting edge.
