Introducing the Apache, the newest heavyweight addition to our Pitmaster BBQ Range. Weighing in at a commanding 415g with a heavy duty 5mm spine, this is a blade built for serious board work. It is not designed for delicate garnishes; it is built to break down large cuts of meat, confidently tackle tough areas like between ribs, and glide cleanly through brisket using its own momentum.
Forged from tough High-Carbon steel, the Apache embraces a rugged, raw-forge aesthetic that looks right at home next to a smoking grill. It features a full-tang construction and triple-riveted wooden handles to ensure it feels perfectly balanced despite its hefty profile.
The Norvic Standard
A rugged aesthetic still deserves a premium edge. To ensure it meets our exact specifications, every single Apache blade receives its final tune-up right here in our Norfolk workshop before it ships. We personally take these blades to the buffer, working them through black #1500 grit compound and then super fine green polishing compound on oir woven wheels to dial in the apex, polish the edge, and deliver a seriously aggressive bite.
The result is a brutal, heavy-duty BBQ tool with an unexpectedly smooth, razor-sharp edge that is ready to work the second you pull it out of the box.

If your knife is found to be defective from manufacture warranty purposes and qualifies for
replacement under our warranty, Norvic Knives will provide a replacement of the
same item whenever possible. If the specific item is no longer available or out
of stock, we reserve the right to substitute it with a comparable item of equal
quality and value.
