Pitmaster slicer: 12-inch (300 mm) X50 high-carbon stainless steel blade; ebony wood handle; 50/50 double bevel; 15-degree edge per side.

Wensum board: acacia wood; 40 × 30 × 2.8 cm; double-sided surface; juice grooves; integrated side handles.

Wood grain and colour vary naturally. The 1 micron specification describes the abrasive used during finishing, not the thickness of the cutting edge.

Hand wash the knife and dry it immediately. Do not put it in the dishwasher. Use the slicer for slicing meat, not cutting through bones or frozen food.

Wash the board by hand, dry thoroughly and allow it to air-dry before storing. Do not soak it or put it in the dishwasher. Maintain the wood with a food-safe chopping board oil as needed.

The Norvic lifetime warranty covers qualifying manufacturing defects in the knife for domestic use, subject to the published terms.
