Bought to replace my Tesco "finest" kitchen knife, this had a coating on the blade which was flaking off when cutting food! This kitchen knife however is top quality, cuts through chicken effortlessly, can't say I've ever used a knife this sharp. The handle and steel blade is clearly top quality. The price is worth the investment. You'll use it forever after all.
