The Samura Electric Diamond Knife Sharpener is an electric sharpening machine for sharpening steel and ceramic knives. Suitable for, for example, kitchen knives, cleavers, ceramic knives and filleting knives.
The Samura Electric Diamond Knife Sharpener uses coarse diamond metal discs in step 1, and fine diamond discs in step 2.
Use the diamond-plated metal discs for sharpening both sides of the blade. Put the blade in from the back and slowly pull the knife towards you. This doesn't require a lot of force. Keep repeating until all burrs and impurities have been removed from the cut.
Use the fine diamond discs to polish the knife. This ensures a sharp and even edge, which ensures a longer sharpness retention. You can also use the fine diamond discs for light grinding, for example to remove only the burrs. Also suitable for sharpening serrated knives.
